Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Bonnyrigg is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Bonnyrigg and the surrounding UK. We operate in accordance with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation and regulatory standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Our clinical team will review your consultation questionnaire before any prescription is approved. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.
You must provide truthful and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in an inappropriate prescription and could be harmful to your health. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribing team and may be declined without obligation to provide detailed reasons.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We will not charge additional fees without prior notification and your consent.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us promptly via our website or email. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medicinal products, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary care provider. We provide a supplementary, condition-specific weight management service. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience adverse effects, discontinue use and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide our services and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
